The team

Franck Attia - Founder and Managing Director

Since the inception of StraNeo, Franck has been in charge of shaping corporate strategy, sales and marketing as well as managing all day-to-day operations. With more than 15 years of experience in sales and general management in the European IT industry, Franck has held different positions at Cap Gemini, Information Builders, SLP InfoWare and MrTed Ltd. His jobs included Regional Director Nordics, VP Sales Europe and Business Unit Director. He brings a successful track record in launching new IT solutions in the European market and in establishing operating sales subsidiaries.

Franck is a graduate from Ecole Polytechnique and Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées, Paris, France and holds a Master degree in computer science, electrical engineering and business administration from Carnegie Mellon University, USA.

Jan Amtoft - Adviser

Jan is an adviser to the company’s management. He is currently CIO at FL Smidth, a leading provider of equipment, systems and services for the cement and mineral industries. Prior to FL Smidth, Jan has been CIO at LEGO Group, IT development director at Post Denmark and head of Technology Management and Advanced Technologies Group at CSC. Jan is 44 years old and holds a degree in Computer Science.

Birgit Pichat - Adviser

Birgit is an adviser to the company’s management. She is the Managing Director of Lingtech A/S, a leading Danish language and culture consultancy company (www.lingtech.com). During the last 15 years, she has built up her experience in international business development, marketing, sales and general management. Prior to Lingtech, she held various executive positions in France, the USA and Denmark with Ericsson Hewlett Packard Telecommunications and ALTA A/S. Birgit has an MBA from Grenoble Business School, France and a Master of Law from the Faculty of Law, University of Aarhus, Denmark.

Philip Thorsen - Adviser

Philip is an adviser to the company's management. He holds the position of partner at the leading Danish law firm MAZANTI-ANDERSEN, KORSØ JENSEN & PARTNERE (www.mazanti.com). His areas of expertise include corporate and commercial law, investments and privatization in Central and Eastern Europe, international contracts, European public procurement law and M&A. Philip is fluent in Danish, English, French, German and Scandinavian languages. He sits on the board of several Danish and Polish companies and is a graduate from the Faculty of Law, University of Aarhus, Denmark (Master of Law).
